1. About Us

Garud Living is operated by Garud Fabs, a manufacturer and exporter of home textiles based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We sell export-quality home linen and decor directly to customers in India.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are binding.

Product images are representative. Due to the nature of textile manufacturing and screen calibration differences, minor colour variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

In the event of a payment failure, the amount will be reversed to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping

We ship across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 2″3 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location but are generally 4″7 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, or force majeure events.

5. Exchanges & Returns

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, copy, and brand assets — is the property of Garud Living. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Garud Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
