Return & Exchange Policy

At Garud Living, every product leaves our factory to a standard we’re proud of. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you’d like to exchange a product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

Items are eligible for exchange if they are:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Free from stains, odours, or damage caused after delivery

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale or special promotions (unless defective)
  • Items where the exchange request is raised after 7 days of delivery

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will offer a full replacement or store credit — no questions asked. Please share photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery at garudliving@gmail.com

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds on change-of-mind returns. Eligible returns will be processed as store credit or exchanged for another product of equal value.

For orders paid via prepaid methods, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Buy 2 Get 2 Free Orders

For orders placed under our Buy 2 Get 2 Free promotion, exchanges are accepted on all 4 items collectively. Individual items from the set cannot be exchanged separately.

How to Initiate

  1. Email us at garudliving@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back to our address in Noida (reverse pickup may be arranged in select cities)
  4. Replacement dispatched within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
