Made to export standard

Every piece originates in our 35,000 sq ft vertically integrated factory — the same floor that has produced for European buyers. Nothing is made cheaper for the local market.

Same quality. No exceptions.

What surplus actually means

Export production always leaves behind — overruns from a large order, samples made for a buyer who changed direction, fabric lengths cut to spec that nobody shipped. These are not seconds. They are the same product, in smaller quantities, with nowhere to go.

Curated, not dumped

Not everything that leaves the factory makes it to Garud Living — only what we would put in our own homes. That means rejecting surplus that doesn't meet our aesthetic bar, regardless of how much of it there is.

Priced without the export markup

When a European retailer buys from us, they add freight, import duty, their margin, and their market's price expectations. You are buying before all of that happens — directly from the source, without the chain of hands that each take their cut.

The Drop — how we restock

We don't have a catalogue. We have what came off the floor this week. New batches arrive as production closes — sometimes soft furnishings, sometimes hard decor, sometimes things we've never had before.

Most items exist in tens, not hundreds. When they're gone, we don't reorder.
